Was gonna do Feebas in Platinum, but that's a huge area to check, even to just find a Feebas normally. I'm trying to get a living ShinyDex with all mons I've caught with exceptions like Mythicals and Event Legendaries like Diancie and Arceus (have both shiny from legit events).
