Levitate being dropped in this scenario is not that bad considering Bug at least resists Ground, and you have 3 Abilities to choose from instead of being stuck with one. Give it Lunge on top of it already being able to learn U-Turn and First Impression.
Now you actually use the desert sandstorm Pokemon in a Sandstorm (unlike before, lmao) and its usual shtick of spamming Choice Band/Scarf U-Turn is even better with STAB (First Impression STAB on the Band set is also pretty cool too).
