I replaces it's Minus ability, with Intimidate + gave it 125 Special Attack and Speed. Pretty much making it a slightly weaker Mega-Manectric, that's able to hold items and able to be added onto teams without taking a Mega slot (which won't exist in my fangame, anyway. All Pokemon will be getting their base forms buffed, if they need buffs)
