Realistically, how are they going to remake the Gen 5 games in a few years?

Are they just going to remake the first ones or will they combine 1 and 2 into a single story?
Would they release two different remakes a year apart to capitalize on sales?

every single fakemon take on the original dragon that i see online is always just a mashup of reshiram, zekrom, and kyurem and they all look like unnatural abominations
i personally believe that if they would make the original dragon, it would look nothing like the three, and would have unique design elements instead of taking parts from the three but it would have the same body style

Considering how much GameFreak seems to enjoy changing things up beyond our expectations, I'd expect it not to be hardly a remake and more a continuation. Probably go through both games stories in some way, give you gym options to fit both games, and then cram in an additional end story to give N some finality.

I saw one that looks really good, unfortunately all data regarding to it are lost in my old hard drive that went corrupted. If someone can find and post that, it would be appreciated
- The colors are grey
- It was drawn between 2010 - 2012
- It looks clean as hell, with a checkered background
