Not powerful enough.
Deoxys's formes are meant to be optimized for their purpose, but they don't even have different abilities?
It's already Uber and not even allowed in the official meta due to being mythical, so might as well make it as OP as possible.

Not quite anything, ESPEED is faster than Sucker Punch and D-Attack can hit HARD with it. And Speed (or occasional utility Attack) can just spam spikes or whatever.

so guys, is there any way to use normal form deoxys without it just being a worse attack form? if I max out the hp could it take a hit?
