I fucking love Glimwood Tangle visually, if there was a second wild area that took place in it I'd probably forgie everything wrong with SwSh and just say it was a good game with bad traits.

The fact that they wasted such a cool zone on such bad design choices is really heartbreaking.

Randomly adding zones from WoW into pokemon and breaking visual cohesion is not cool. It just demonstrates how little identity pokemon has anymore. It's now just an aimless hodgepodge of references and pop culture like The Simpson or Spongebob

Literally who cares when the Pokemon and different trainers themselves have all have lost visual cohesion between each other.

These characters don't even look like they're from the same universe, the only thing that's stayed visually cohesive is some of the most boring towns in both the old games and the new games.

Don't pretend oldschool pokemon is some apex of originality, every beloved kanto pokemon amounts to some dumbass reference, play on words or cringe engrish if you want to be reductive
