actually not bad OP. the leafstache on the first stage is a bit too mature but the last stage is nice. for a jobmon its integrated well and leans towards looking like a frog more than a human. the hands and feet could be more froglike though

Details have ben swapped for others that make more sense

New clawless hands
The legs have less detail except for the plates that hint toward its theme, the silouhette is much more distinct and conveys a direction now, contrasting shading, the basic palette now has an accent complementary colour, also frokid doesn't have a natural pair of mustaches, the design conveys better the fact that those are fake
