Regieleki at least has a coherent stat spread. It's a fast frail attacker.
Regidrago's speed is mediocre. Too low for normal play but too high for Trick Room. And its 200 HP looks nice until you see its 50 Def and SpDef which makes its bulk just good, but not great. It hits like a nuke with its Dragon STAB, but you can just switch in a Fairy to cuck it. It's too slow to handle losing HP and weakening Dragon Energy, it's not fast or bulky enough to get locked into Outrage, and Draco Meteor isn't consistent enough.
"Not bad, but not good enough" describes every aspect of Regidrago.
