>The player can sink into the snow at four different levels: sinking only minimally, which does not affect movement speed; sinking a moderate amount, preventing running; sinking a lot, preventing running and halving walking speed; and sinking the farthest possible, preventing running and reducing walking speed to 1/4.Very fun gameplay experience that doesn't make me want to commit a felony. Sinnoh is great in concept, arguably my favorite, but the frustrating shit is the most egregious in any Pokemon game and there's a lot of times where it just doesn't feel fun. If you don't want to use Defog for the One (1) singular route where it's actually an issue (the Mt. Coronet room isn't that bad) you have to suffer your moves' accuracy being reduced by 40% in a route full of tough trainers. At least in dark caves where you needed to use Flash it only hampered your visibility, not your battles too. Hoenn's water stretches are a bit bland but they don't feel actively frustrating to traverse like Sinnoh does at points.
