What are the powers of the Tao trio besides their elements? Does Zekrom make ideals achievable? Was N just going to tame them for their elemental powers?

pretty sure the whole truth and ideals thing was only because of the brothers truths and ideals causing the dragon to split up and take sides, otherwise their only real power is energy itself

They are just symbols for what the two kings believed in,they don't have any reality bending powers though the original dragon might had.

Zekrom and Reshiram apparently have mild telepathic powers since they can sense genuine conviction. Their SWSH dex entries claim they've attacked kingdoms with greedy rulers.
Kyurem can see possible futures, but what it sees depends on what dragon it's fused to.

This. They're strong, enough to solo the most powerful trainers in Unova, except you. They're strong, but their major draw is that you have to be its chosen hero.
