Lusamine might be right; I think she was the tallest female model in SM even w/o heels but I haven't compared her PokeMas model. Colress and Guzma were the two tallest human characters in SM, so that's probably about right.
Silver's hard to say. He's a little bit taller than Ethan so he may be 5'5"-5'7". In b4 "buh pokemas isn't canon" bullshit even though Sugimori's behind all of it.
