They aren't going to be announced on Pokemon Day.
LGDP will be officially revealed at the Pokemon 2021 Press Conference. They know that Open-World is what the kids want, and they're saving the fanfare for the investors.

Pokémon doesn't HAVE investors, you retarded little manchild. It's 100% rivately owned by Game Freak, Nintendo and Creatures, two of which are private companies (Nintendo own shares in Creatures, but they still are a private entity, rather than floated on the NIKKEI) and Pokémon's profits don't go to Nintendo's investors directly, rather they're part of the calculation of dividends at year's end.
But sure, "the investors" want to control pokémon and stop them making the ebin adult-focused 60000 jrpg based off the kid's series Tajii pulled out his head 31 years ago.
