I can’t play with a mon that has a future gen evo. For example, If I were playing GSC, I couldn’t have a togetic on my team knowing that togekiss exists, while if I were playing HGSS I couldn’t play with it fully evolved knowing that togekiss is a gen 4 mon and I’m playing gen 2 remakes. Things like vanilla corsola are fine though since only galarian corsola evolves into cursola.

Funny I'm running a togekiss in my HG run right now. funny I've run emulators where there isn't a way to get the trade evos and I still roll with it.

I do this but if I have any neutral gender mons I consider them wild cards that count towards wherever they're needed to fit the ratio.

I count a neutral gender mon in that way. So If I have a magneton in my party, I don't give 5 shits on what's around it.
