For the dual types, I guess just get rid of Fairy and keep the other type.
Florges line becomes Grass for obvious reasons.
Aromatisse line becomes Poison, Dark, or Ghost to fit the plague doctor thing. I'd lean towards Poison because of the perfume theme. Perfume, chemicals, poison. Fits well enough.
Slurpuff is Normal.
Sylveon wouldn't even exist because it was designed to shill Fairy-type, but if I had to change it, I guess I'd make it Flying-type because sylphs are wind fairies.
Xerneas is Grass because of nature and stuff.
Comfey is Grass for obvious reasons.
Zacian-HOMB becomes Fighting.
Alcremie is an interesting one. I'd say either Normal, or make every flavor a different type.
