To make it clear to retards that type has nothing to do with a Pokemon's physical traits

They often overlap, but it's ultimately just the Pokemon's elemental affinity

Xerneas is Fairy/Infinite now
Yveltal is Dark/Infinite (Oblivion Wing becomes Dark type)
Zygarde is loses Dragon type when going Perfect and becomes Infinite/Ground, Core Enforcer also becomes Infinite type
Plus megaevolving/primal reversing a pokemon gives it a passive buff that acts as an Infinite type STAB, and all of them can learn at least one Infinite type attack (but switching mons removes the buff)

Moves, pp, and HP all interact with Type energy. A Pokemon use type energy to attack, which is why a Pokemon without a flame sac can use a Fire-type move. However, because Fire-types can already make Fire, their Fire-type moves are stronger.
