Imagine what a kid could do with an ability to create an entire region. IDK where you are getting this philosophy that kids can't be trusted with creativity, and must be limited with what they can do? Are you basically trying to imply that kids are too dumb to put in the effort to create their ideal pokemon region. If you think that, then you are sadly mistaken. Sure there is gonna be a lot of crap regions, but there are going to be a lot more cool ones worth playing than you think.
