>Type SpecialtyGround
>The Gym Leader himselfA gaudy-ass young man who is actually a full-fledged executive in the evil team. He often claims himself to be royalty. While he IS the Ground-type Gym Leader who has amassed plenty of fame for how damn tough he is, he's rarely around due to his... work. A reserve is often taking his place. He uses his status as a highly protected admin along with public fame to essentially keep himself safe from being examined by the police... at least until recently. He's battle a few times with a focus on Sandstorm and an almost-always-illegally-EV'd Claydol for an ace.
>Gym PuzzleIt feels less like a puzzle and more like an evil team segment. The Gym is surrounded by police and you make your way in to fight the Gym Leader, being interrupted repeatedly by Grunts and fans that blow sand, which you must hide from or else you'll be blown back. The Gym Leader awaits in the arena, where the sand is always whipping. It's quite empty too, besides you and him.
This effect is active the entire-ass Gym:

Sandstorm is always active and the Gym Leader has two Max Potions and two Full Heals.
Due to having access to the evil team's various technology, he's managed to go above and beyond the EV limits with his team, to the point where things like his Claydol are nearly impossible to take down without the right stuff. And mind the field too, heh.
>BadgeKhamsin Badge.
I can imagine as the battle goes on, this dude's bravado quickly starts to fade into either panic or outright threats. Perhaps saying shit like this will be your burial grounds or something. Eventually after the battle, he's caught and imprisoned.
