Two Buffs and a Nerf: Buff two Pokemon, and nerf one Pokemon

Zebstrika:
New Stats: 75/115/63/60/63/121/BST:497
New Abilities: Reckless/Motor Drive/(HA)Sap Sipper
Motor Drive Buff: Now draws in all Electric-Type moves, similar to Lighning Rod
Reckless Buff: Also boosts stat-lowering moves (Overheat, Superpower, ect)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Jump Kick, Close Combat, High Horsepower, Swords Dance, Throat Chop, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Taunt, Rock Slide, Seed Bomb, Low Kick, Play Rough, Slack Off, Outrage
Move Buff: Wild Charge now 120 base power

Honchkrow:
New Stats: 100/125/52/100/52/86/BST:515
Insomnia Buff: Raises Special Attack by one stage, when attempting to sleep
New Moves: Seed Bomb, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Zen Headbutt, Agility, Bulk Up, Earth Power, Work Up, Reflect, Light Screen, Knock Off
Steel Wing Buff: 75% chance to raise Defense by one stage

Rillaboom:
New Stats: 100/115/90/75/70/85/BST:535

Synopsis: It's not much and will NOT drastically change Hypno from whatever tiers it is under. I just want this guy to have more incentive to use Hypnosis and capitalize on that. I also believe Baton Pass is banned under some rules I think, but I'm still going to suggest it.

Ariados
New Ability: Analytic (replaces Swarm)
New Stats: 70/90/70/60/70/40 -> 80/100/80/60/80/40 (Base Stats 400 -> 440)
Move Buffs: Toxic Thread now functions like Toxic Spikes mixed with Sticky Thread
New Level Up Moves: Moonlight
Synopsis: Same like Hypno, the changes weren't meant to boost it up to OU or even UU. It got a little more power (with Analytic) and more bulk with more manageable stats and Moonlight for some recovery. It still mainly serves to set up hazards and now hopefully it can pull it off better. The change to Toxic Thread gives it an exclusive niche where, after setting up two, can lower the opponent's team's speed by two and badly poison them. Just don't get Taunted or fainted (good luck).

What makes good type coverage to you?
It’s STABs alone covers majority of the game and it even gets Superpower and Heat Wave to hit Steels harder

nah you're so right, a bird causing the ground to erupt is a lot more fitting than Buzzwole, UB-02 Absorption, who takes the physical characteristics of a mosquito, gaining priority on absorbing moves. You can't justify shit with weak arguments.

Landorus gets Roost and Brave Bird.
Toxapex gets +20 points in each attacking stat.
Inteleon loses Sniper and instead gets Water Veil. Snipe Shot no longer has a high crit chance and instead just can't be redirected. Also, the accuracy is lowered to 75%.

Yes, I know all of that is OP, but it's the god of all Pokemon. It should be OP, even compared to other legendaries.

New Ability: Heavy Metal
Synopsis: Ferrothorn and Skarmory really took all of this guy's thunder over the years and every gen brings even more new competition. Again, I'm not asking for much. Shore Up gives him reliable recovery, Heavy Metal is there because I couldn't think of anything that fits without being busted or out of place (really would love Heatproof) and the extra stats give it more special bulk.
