Should the party limit still be 6? Why not have 10 party members? I think it could make the games more interesting and harder. Discuss.

I think the biggest qualm is even if they did it, GF would continue just making every NPC have 2 pokemon only so it would be even easier

I think 4 for doubles and 6 for singles is the perfect number. Might make in game fun but competitive would be a bitch. If it was restricted to single player though, I would still want all battles to be double battles like the GC games

You could bump it down to 9, plus for comp there could be an option for 6 mons only.

6 is OK for PvP but 5 or 4 would be better if Game Freak had a better grasp on balancing the game.
3 is my upper limit for PvE, but now that HMs are gone 1 or 2 is my jam, to an extent even so in older games because I can just tack on an HM mon as needed and ditch them right after.

How? Most of the NPCs already only use 2-3 shitmons and competitively 6v6 is already trash compared to 3v3 and 4c4 because it makes switching hilariously unbalanced.

Just adjust how many mons the NPCs have and add a speed up button to adjust for the longer battles. As for comp you can just keep doing 4v4s, increasing the team size doesnt force you to do 10v10s.
