Otherwise, Milotic and Suicune switch in for free. Without fire blast, Forretress sets up hazards in its face. Without hidden power fighting, Snorlax turns it into setup fodder.
Now for the good news. It can outspeed and KO Dugtrio if trapped, it outspeeds and KOs Aerodactyl (as well as the rare Alakazam) late game, it's a spinblocker that always threatens Claydol, WoW is a great support move, it resists the fire+grass combo that Moltress/Charizard and beats both with tbolt/hydro pump, it's a great check to Zapdos lacking baton pass (especially if Zapdos is using hidden power grass), and is immune to explosion.
Now there's one more more thing to note, and that would be its relation to Gengar. Gengar is also a spin/boom blocker much like Pult, but its coverage moves hit harder, has hypnosis in addition to WoW, and most importantly, has an immunity to spikes and earthquake. If Pult had levitate, then it'd be god tier. Buuuuuuuut it doesn't, so it'd get worn down quickly.
