Mudkip fans: Not bad at all. Outside of that stupid DeviantArt meme they're harmless.
Typholsion fans: Annoying but not the worst. They complain a lot but their complaints are warranted. (Only one useable Move, Constantly overlooked for buffs while Shillzard gets everything, 3D Battle sprite makes it look like a joke, gets called eclair, Less anime appearance than fucking JYNX, even its home region is stuck being west kanto) At worst, they try to give Typhlosion stupid shit like Thunderbolt when no other Volcanomon gets. But their hearts are usually in the right place.
Rillaboom Fans: YES, among the worst. They complain 10x more than even the most whiny Typhlofag except its completely unwarranted. Game Freak specially nerfed Bulu so that Rilla could be broken and Rillafags still bitch. If they think Rillaboom had it so bad they get Leaf Guard and Meganium can get Grassy Surge.
