What to expect from Pokemon direct:
- will announce free dlc for Pokemon sw/sh, Pokemon Sword/Shield: The Fallen Tower. This is a working title and not official. Set to release this spring.
- D/P remakes are not going to be announced this year. I am not officially involved in the development of the title but based off the work on Sw/Sh, the dlc is meant to set up the story for the next game, and has no reference to Sinnoh or it's legendaries.
-a new pokemon shuffle will be announced for switch, free download after direct
- 25th anniversary pokemon themed switch will be announced
- teaser for next main series will be 43 seconds long and will be last announcement.
- there will be other news for other titles and developments regarding the pokemon franchise but I have no knowledge on those. Sorry.
