>Best monsNo, in terms of ovrrall design consistency I think Gen 3 did it better. Gen 5 has a better type distribution but I feel it reinvented too many wheels when it could've strived to be significantly more unique. It doesn't help that the filler designs feel as such.
>Best aestheticsSee graphics, Gen 2 is the peak art style of the entire series. Gen 5 is safe from worst though since Gens 7 and 8 exist.
>Best regionI too love circles. Even ignoring pacing and such visually it's a mess. It's a shitty "every biome in one place" region that wants me to believe that Unova is a megacity with a fucking desert with ancient ruins in the middle of it.
