Electivire was good in DP.
It technically had no counters since its coverage was so good that there was a chance it could kill anything you send in against it.

Having no counters doesn't necessarily make you good. Even a shitmon like Druddigon technically has no true counters. Not to mention that it isn't even true in the case of Electivire because Swampert, Rotom, Hippowdon, Celebi etc. were good switch-ins, Ice Punch is too weak to bother them.

A move that Electivire doesn't learn. Nor it learns any Grass coverage aside from Hidden Power. It might work against Swampert but not Hippowdon.
