Post from the last thread. These are quest to incentivize catching and teambuilding.
An old lady wants you to catch a water pokemon to wash away graffiti. (required move: water gun, bubblebeam, or hydropump)
Get to play a fludd-style mini-game.
Later on you get to battle the autistic artist behind it all (sub-quest exclusive boss)

Campers forgot their lighter. You need to catch a firemon to start a campfire (required moves: ember, flame burst, etc.)

These sub-quest are locked out if you already have the starter of the same type.

The Regis in RSE/ORAS are a sidequest, so it depends on how far you want to stretch it.
Assuming it's just petty ones, events like the one in XY where you give the dying old man a Pokemon and it has a lasting effect on his death letter are good.
