On the other hand, Alola is very slow. For every cutscene, it fades to black, reloads the area, fades in, and you have to mash through the text while also waiting for every individual animation to finish. Then it fades out and in again. Each fade lasts a minimum of two seconds, so it adds up in the end to a bunch of tedious nonsense.
I don't remember if that was the case for Kalos because it's the only game I haven't played more than once.
