Ride Pokémon are far from unique or special, considering Alola did it in Gen 7 on the 3DS. Yeah not as many, but considering it’s limited to less that the 153 in Kanto, how is that impressive?
The catching mechanics which is based off of GO, but utilizes motion control because of Switch? That’s a gimmick for LGPE, if nothing else.
GO park is the most unique, or perhaps noteworthy is a better term, feature of Let’s Go games, and it’s limited only to the Kanto Pokémon and Meltan/Melmetal line.
Perhaps the Partner Pikachu and Eevee are truly the only unique draws of these games then. But I’m sure you’ll complain about them too, just because I’m trying to logically explain why Let’s Go isn’t going to be the next game.
