Icicle Crash, High Horsepower, Close Combat. Frankly, that's all it needs, but just in case you want more, it has Heavy Slam, Crunch, Megahorn, and fucking Outrage. I don't even understand why it learns those last 3, but it does.

Weavile, Keldeo and Blacephalon are the most obvious OU viable examples aside from the already mentioned ones.

The only coverage Weavile can ever really run is Low Kick but it's not like it even needs much more coverage. Losing Pursuit hurt it much more than any potential coverage move it doesn't have. I guess it learns Poison Jab or even Iron Tail for fairies but it's not like it ever actually runs those moves. Other than the removed Hidden Power Keldeo's only real coverage is Icy Wind or maybe Air Slash now which it gained in gen 8. Blacephalon essentially only ran STAB moves plus potentially Hidden Power. Expanding Force is a nice alternative option now in gen 8 if you pair it with Tapu Lele.

If we're talking about non-OU Pokemon then Jolteon's coverage is pitiful especially in gen 8. Hidden Power is gone and it even lost Signal Beam so the only notable non-electric move it has left is Shadow Ball.

Bisharp is another example that essentially only gets by with STAB attacks. Like Weavile it learns Low Kick (or Brick Break) for coverage, that's about it. Stone Edge and Psycho Cut too but nobody ever runs those.
