I don't get it. LGPE is a remake of Gen 1, so it makes some sense to cut future Pokemon. But for Gen 4, the only future evolutions are Sylveon and the Galar form evos. Do you really think they'll exclude the evolutions introduced in the same gen, when the evos are the only shit like Magmar or Gligar are part of the dex?

They will since those were only part of the Dex in Platinum.

The only time they pulled this was when FRLG were Red and Green instead of Yellow/Blue.

and they still included references and content from Emerald like every other remake did except FRLG. Even HGSS still omitted content from Crystal that gave the game its identity. Things like the Odd Egg, unique Battle Tower with online leaderboards, and design for areas like Mt. Mortar were all scrapped.
