OP's referring to the theory/belief that Dialga/Palkia/Giratina are also Ultra Beasts since they live in their own dimensions like the other Ultra Beasts.

Considering they live in alternate dimension relative to main PokéEarth, that’s not the same as an alternate world reached via Ultra Wormhole, so there’s no reason for them to be classified as Ultra Beasts.

Nebbiolo and Necrozma don’t necessarily have worlds they are native too, rather Uktra Space itself is likely their home.

Ultra Space is more like the stuff between universes, a way to reach alternate realities that are different but equally real places or dimensions alternate to the players reality. Like how you could swap between Alola’s and the Alters and lakes were named Sunne or Moone and swapped in respect.

There's definitely a connection between the Ultra Beasts and Arceus, because Silvalley was basically made as an Arceus substitute in order to fight the Ultra Beasts.

His ability and appearance are direct references to R K S (Arc-e-us)
