The Arceus one is symmetrical and extends in all directions around the central shape
The Giratina one on the other hand awkwardly only extends out upwards and only to the sides meaning it takes up a totally different amount of space than its counterpart. Any halfway competent designer would position the wings differently to make it roughly the same size and take up the same amount of space, such as by having the wings curl around starting upwards and extending downwards
Also from a conceptual standpoint making games centering around Arceus and Giratina makes 0 sense when one of them already got a game (Platinum)
This is just complete bullshit start to finish
