>>46321541That's canon for Eggecute, at least. He's from Alola. The only three places you can find it in other games are the Safari Zone, occasionally knocking it out of trees in Johto, and an area in Kalos noted for drawing foreign Pokemon.
I'm pretty sure Eevee is native to the Europe-based regions, too. Outside of Kalos, Galar, and Alola, you only find it in places that it's obviously not supposed to be in (and Alola is full of invasive pet species).
