Games are always abstractions of a perceived reality of a world. I doubt a Links Awakening remake in the style of BotW would be that more fun than something that plays like the original game. It's a video game, the gameplay comes first and the presentation of the world should compliment that gameplay, not the other way around. Wanting games to be like the promotional art aimed at getting you to buy it is something 9 year olds do. The game in your head is not going to reasonably exist because it will never meet your expectations.
