The only Platinum-expanded-dex Pokemon in the trailer was a brief glimpse of Porygon-Z. And even then, Porygon appears in Backlot's garden in DP's postgame.

All signs are pointing to BDSP not being competitive

I think this might be the new format going forward. Make a new gen, support it with updates and DLC so it's the long term competitive game, then have different styles of games on the side until the next gen. SWSH might even get some more old Pokemon added or a balance update to keep things going for another year.

Oh sure, compfags gave it a shot for a few months before SWSH came out, but it was hardly an active meta.
But the point is more that Lets Go was by design not intended for comp to begin with. Its multiplayer was minimal, basically just a curiosity. And there's a good chance BDSP will be like that too.

Yes, SwSh will be the only traditional game with competitive multiplayer for a while and if it weren't for people sucking BOTW's dick all the time, we wouldn't be in this mess.

All most of us wanted was something that worked like SwSh but looked better. Instead, we've got claymation remakes and a game that's way too ambitious to be attempted by the unloveable retards that the GF staff are, all because people were screaming how SwSh weren't BOTW.

Legends is coming out in Early 2022 (will probably get delayed), so we won't be seeing Gen 9 that year, meaning we're waiting until 2023 until Gen 9 comes out. How fucking ironic is it that the first 4-year gen in over a decade is the shittest gen on record?

I'm beyond done with this gen, it's been shit from beginning to end. See you fuckers in 2 years' time, where we can bitch about how bad a real pokemon game looks.
