This game fucking sucked. The dungeons were all bland. Digivolving 10 times every 15 minutes is tedious and soulless (I lost track of my starter digimon after an hour). The side quests and story were all bland, C-tier anime writing. The difficulty is easy piss easy or you can turn it to hard mode where you're basically forced to grind before every boss. I couldn't even beat it because how tedious and bland it was, and I somehow managed to beat SWSH and its DLC.

The only good Pokemon alternative is a dead series that barely even made it in the west.
