Hmm, I can definitely see where they are coming from. I saw that clip with the Chingling, and it was not pretty. Still I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, only because it seems like they are genuinely trying with Legends. I know a lot of people said this for SwSh, but surely they'll fix something THIS minor within 12 months. I'm going to wait a good week or two before buying anyway.
