Except Legends is actually the beta test for Gen 9, Gen 8's "open world" was just a gimmick whilst this is them actually considering the open world concept for real.

website doesn't list abilities for the starters and arceus, the only other website that didn't list them was LGPE website, even DP remake website lists abilities for the starters, palkia and dialga.
