The remakes might, Legends definitely won't. Being set in the past gives them the perfect excuse to not let the player transfer in other Pokemon.

My assumption is they will give dp remakes half the pokemon and legends the other half
nothing from galar though because they don't want to make gen 8 worthless. so no charizard, probably no extra legends besides sinnoh ones, not ultra beasts or "modern" pokemon.
