No the fuck it ain't. If they had cared to re-use ANYTHING from either the 3DS games or LGPE the game would look fantastic.

Dawn throws the pokeball exactly the same as Gloria does from Sword and Shield and it seems all of her battle animations are copy/pasted from Gloria's. It's a small thing but still an issue.
