I think Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus get their events activated. Unlike a battle facility they would have to re-balance for the phys/special split and fairy power creep, a couple lines of text isn't going to break the budget.

Manaphy will probably get linked to a Pokeball Plus or the Feudal Sinnoh transfer just because.
