pretty much everything is prescripted in some ways, it's all on rails and with very predictable outcomes in what happens when you throw an apple at a specific pokemon at a specific time
i love what bamco is doing with it, but if they had to make a big ass open world out of it rather than a highly curated slideshow showcase corridor, it would take a lot of fucking effort not to make it look like shit AND with a decent framerate AND not melting your battery on a fucking handheld.
gf of course sucks at everything, but the ideal you are aiming for is not only unrealistic, but greatly detrimental because a big focus on resolution would effectively take away resources from everything else
