They're woeful looking games that cut out over half the Pokémon for literally no reason, at least Legends has the excuse of "well we don't know they exist yet". Dynamax is the worst of the gimmicks yet, which is saying something, because Z-Moves were beyond awful. The only good "modern features" were the ones introduced in gen 6 (PSS, optional full team exp share).
