>>46370122>Show bare minimum, splash of 3D paint on a romhack remake>Then show a game in the same region but with more next gen worthy featuresI don't know if I'll enjoy the setting of Legends but Diamond and Pearl deserved way better of a reimagining than what it got. I think ILCA is a decent studio, this is just a direction I don't care for.
I always thought Pokémon was a series that'd evolve in presentation with today's technology. Maybe people genuinely like what they see or maybe people don't want to rock the boat but I can in all honesty say that's not money I'm going to spend. I mean Legends looks so desolate, uneventful, raises more questions than it answers (I'm prepared to see suspiciously similar ancestors of past characters, not just Lucas and Dawn of the Hidden Village of the Twinleaf) and may or may not take cues from Monster Hunter in setting, but it does look like the better deal and if this was an official "vote with your wallet" title, my money goes to Legends.
I wish most of you who want Shining and Brilliant well, it's just not for me.
