I've been playing the Bowser's Inside Story remake and it has a new feature identical to FRLG's tutorials called the guide, and it notifies you when new shit is added. All the tutorials are completely optional so for a seasoned veteran of BIS like myself who knows the game like the back of his hand, this is ESPECIALLY useful since the experience isn't bogged down by learning shit I've already known since 2009. Imagine this implemented in a Pokemon game. The VS. Seeker and Fame Checker are also cool ass features that I hope get to return. Maybe BDSP will bring back the seeker. I've never used the teachy TV, I figured it was just tutorial shit.
