Now all of a sudden there's a new spinoff and not only are the Kanto starters NOT the used, Game Freak actually chose Cyndaquil of all Pokemon to be the fire start. The Pokemon that is widely considered worse Charizard because Game Freak spend years nerfing it into the ground so that it wouldn't overshadow Charizard, No Earth Power, No Ancient Power, No Set up Moves, Even its 3D model seems like they made the flame absent most of the time because its flame is bigger than Charizard's.
