Just skip it. You won't be missing out on anything. I have a feeling this will be the lowest selling remake yet. It doesn't have the "first pokemon game for Switch" appeal that LGPE had, and people see that a better looking game is right around the corner.

With how explosive the DP remake meme has been for a while now, lots of people will buy it simply because it's a DP remake, regardless of what the game itself is like.

Maybe, but this game just doesn't have mass appeal imo. The artstyle is cute but lazy. Fans of SWSH are not by any means guaranteed to look at this and think "I want this". It doesn't look like a serious, must-have title.
