Incorrect.
The average pokemon in gen 4 is MUCH stronger now than they were in Gen 4 proper. Expanded moves, better abilities, flat BST increases, the works and more.

If they keep her team EXACTLY as it was before, it'll be weaker, since it is getting powercrept.

Depends. If they keep her "nerfed" Platinum team... She winds up being super buffed because Togekiss is Fairy.
If they go back to her shittier DP team, she's nerfed a little.
If they go to her ultrashit Gen5 teams, she's nerfed a LOT.
All depends on which team they give her.
