Generation 9 has been in development since 2019. This is a fact stated from Ohmori in October of that year. But if that has the usual 3 years development, why are we getting a feudal Sinnoh game instead? They could release both in 2022, but do they really have the man power to do both an open world game and a whole new generation? Would they even go back to the normal format after this next game?
