The best way to do this is post it under every tweet the PlayPokemon or Pokémon Twitter tweets but don’t make it a rude tweet, mention how you noticed it’s hard to notice character features and that by taking it upon yourself to add lines it was a bit easier for yourself and friends to make out and enjoy. This may give you a sympathetic edge over the natdexxers who’s constant rude spamming earned them permanent places on massive banlists

Just do a change.org campaign and make it go viral. It doesn't have to work and they won't listen, but just like the swsh dex fiasco and the mass number of petitions forced GF to at least acknowledge it, a large volume of media attention should result in the same thing. It's up to us again to get them to tick the outline box...

Well the thing about banlist is that they’re easy to subscribe to and it would most definitely hamper a message you’re trying to get across. The more interaction a tweet reply to something gets, the more pressure said company feels to respond or look into, being blocked by a majority of poketwitter who tend to curate their experiences would be blissfully unaware of what you’re trying to accomplish.
