Not any Pokemon that could only thrive because of manmade creations, so Porygon is off the list. Unless there’s some sort of unexplained time travel anomaly involved to include it in.

Trade evos and item trade evos are just a method of rapidly inducing evolutions that would take a long time in nature. That’s why you can still find Pokémon that evolve via these methods in the wild.

I think trade evos could become location-based, we already have a precedent for alternate evo methods happening.
